There are no assignments or requirements - and it’s not designed to replace any of our online courses. This is a way to make intentional action a part of your everyday practice as a coach - without extensive time commitments.

The #coachbetterPRO community is intentionally aligned with the episodes on the #coachbetter podcast. Each month will focus on one theme as a jumping off point for taking action on improving your coaching practice.

5️⃣: One resource created specifically for this community that you can take away & use immediately (all designed to build your Thrive Coaching Toolkit)

6️⃣: A reflection prompt to help you process your learning

7️⃣: Asynchronous community space to share and reflect on your micro move.

Quarterly Membership

The #coachbetterPRO community operates on a quarterly basis. This means, when you join you get THREE months of targeted, practical growth and community connections. Your membership renews each quarter, so you can join us for one quarter, two, three or all year long!

New coaches will get a chance to see how to prepare for their coaching role, current coaches will be inspired to take tangible action based on the unique needs of their school, and experienced coaches will have the opportunity to think strategically about how to leverage their existing strengths into coaching leadership.
